airfryer chicken thighs
Juicy on the inside, perfectly crisp on the outside—these air fryer chicken thighs are an easy, flavorful protein you can make in under 25 minutes. Perfect for meal prep or a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1–2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Paprika – 1–2 tsp
Salt – 1–2 tsp
Pepper – 1–2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1–2 tsp
Ranch seasoning – 1–2 tsp (I like going heavier on this!)
Instructions
Prep the chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
Season: Place chicken in a large zip-top bag. Add EVOO and shake gently to coat. Sprinkle in paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Seal and toss until chicken is evenly coated. Add more seasoning if needed—they should be well coated for the best flavor.
Air fry: Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until the outside is golden and crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve: Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving to lock in juices. Enjoy hot, or cool and store for meal prep.
Pro Tip: Flipping halfway is the key to that crispy-outside, juicy-inside magic.
