Servings: 5
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
6 servings Brami pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup Fairlife 2% milk
2 oz low-fat cream cheese
1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning, divided
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼–½ cup reserved pasta water, as needed
Optional for serving: sliced green onions, extra buffalo sauce or ranch drizzle
Instructions
Cook the pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Brami pasta according to package directions. Before draining, reserve about ½ cup of pasta water.
Cook the chicken. While the pasta cooks, season the diced chicken with about half of the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to a large skillet over medium heat and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Make the sauce. Reduce the heat to low. Add the buffalo sauce, Fairlife milk, cream cheese and remaining ranch seasoning to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Then, REMOVE FROM HEAT, let cool slightly and stir in the greek yogurt. This step is important!!
Make it cheesy. Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar to the skillet. Toss until the cheddar has melted and everything is evenly coated. Add reserved pasta water a splash at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Then, stir in chicken.
Serve. Divide into 5 servings and top with green onions, an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce or a little ranch, if desired.

Tips & Swaps
For a milder version, start with ⅓ cup buffalo sauce and add more to taste. You can also toss in steamed broccoli for a little extra volume and veggies.
And don’t skip the pasta water! It helps loosen the sauce and gives you that creamy, glossy texture without needing to add more cheese or cream.
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. When reheating, add a splash of milk before microwaving to bring the creamy sauce back to life.
