Andouille Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan:

Serves 4, Macros: 24g p / 31g c / 10g f

Ingredients:

  • 24-26oz baby potatoes, sliced in half

  • 6 Amy Lu andouille chicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch coins

  • 1 pound green beans, end trimmed

  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400*

  • Chop up potatoes and onion, slice the sausage, and trim the ends of the green beans. Toss all of it in a large bowl with the EVOO and seasonings. Toss well.

  • Lay out on a baking sheet that is either lightly greased, nonstick, or use a baking sheet cover.

  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and veggies are cooked through.

  • Serve hot! We like to add a little bbq sauce on top with parsley!
