Sheet Pan Glazed Salmon & Broccolini

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1½ lb salmon filet (about 24 oz)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Vegetables

  • 2 bunches broccolini (about 12 oz)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Homemade Glaze

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth.

  3. Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread around the edges of a large sheet pan.

  4. Place salmon in the center. Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  5. Brush about half the glaze over the salmon.

  6. Bake for 8 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and brush the salmon and veggies with remaining glaze. Return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.

  8. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
