Sheet Pan Glazed Salmon & Broccolini

Ingredients
Salmon
1½ lb salmon filet (about 24 oz)
Salt & pepper
Optional: sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Vegetables
2 bunches broccolini (about 12 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Homemade Glaze
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth.
Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread around the edges of a large sheet pan.
Place salmon in the center. Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Brush about half the glaze over the salmon.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush the salmon and veggies with remaining glaze. Return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
