Made with blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt as the base, it’s light yet satisfying, with a tangy kick from pickle juice and ranch seasoning. Crunchy bits of chopped pickles and smoky bacon take it to the next level, making every bite incredible. Whether you’re hosting a gathering or just need a high-protein snack, this dip is a flavorful win you can feel good about!

Serves 4, Macros: 14g p / 4g c / 2g f

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese

  • 1 cups nonfat greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp pickle juice

  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles

  • large pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill

  • 2 tbsp bacon bits

Directions:

With either an immersion blended or regular blender, blend together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, and seasonings. Whip until smooth. Then, fold in the chopped pickles and bacon bits. I like to save some to put right on top too.

Transfer to a bowl and serve with Wilde Buffalo Protein chips! Makes the perfect buffalo and ranch pairing.
