welcome to balanced with britt!
I'm so glad you're here.
If you're new here…hi, I’m Britt. I’m a mom, a St. Louis native, a former social media manager turned full-time creator, and someone who spent years trying to find a healthy routine that didn’t take over my entire life.
Balanced with Britt was born from that: wanting to feel good in my body, show up for myself (and later on my family), and still enjoy my life…without starting over every Monday.
Over the last few years, I’ve rebuilt my relationship with food, movement, and my own identity, especially after becoming a mom. I’ve lost 50 pounds, gained a whole lot of confidence, and learned that balance isn’t about perfection. It’s about simple habits that add up, meals that actually taste good, and routines that fit into real life (yes, even when your toddler refuses pants and you're on your third iced coffee of the day).
Here on this corner of the internet, you'll find:
✨ Easy, high-protein, macro-friendly meals
The kind you can make during nap time, between meetings, or when you’re over it and just need something quick and delicious. Meal prep ideas, simple dinners, and recipes I actually make on repeat.
✨ Realistic fitness + routines
Strength training, F45, and how I stay consistent through every busy season. No extremes, no “two hours a day in the gym.” Just routines that make me feel strong and sane.
✨ Mom life, mindset, and everyday wellness
The things that help me feel like my best self, from skincare to habits to navigating life after postpartum. I'm still learning and evolving, and I love bringing you along with me.
✨ Products, finds, and things that make life easier
From Amazon deals to gift guides to toddler favorites! If it makes your days smoother, prettier, or more fun, I’m sharing it.
My hope is that when you’re here, you feel encouraged, understood, and inspired to build a version of balance that works for you. Not perfect. Not aesthetic for the sake of being aesthetic. Just sustainable, doable, and rooted in taking care of yourself in ways that feel good.
Thank you for being here.
I’m excited for this next chapter, and so happy to have you with me!
