The Meals I am Eating on Repeat During a Deficit
If you’ve ever thought “I could never eat the same things over and over”…I get it. I used to think that too!! But the longer I’ve tracked macros, and actually staying consistent, the more I’ve realized that repetition is keyyy for anyone who’s busy!
When you’re in a calorie deficit, the goal isn’t to reinvent the wheel every day. It’s to make things simple, satisfying, and sustainable, especially if you’re balancing workouts, work, family, and real life.
These are the meals I keep coming back to during a deficit because they:
Are macro-friendly
Keep me full and satisfied
Don’t require mental gymnastics to plan
Still feel fun

Low cal cookie butter latte:
Double nespresso pod, 1/2 cup fairife skim milk, 2 tbsp chobani cookie butter creamer, lots of ice!
Mini S’mores Bites:
Simple Mills Sweet Thins, Marshmallow cream, Lily’s Chocolate Chips
S’mores Rice Cake
Quaker rice cake, marshmallow cream, Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Cereal, Lily’s Chocolate Chips
