air fried lemon garlic potatoes

Air Fried Lemon Parmesan Garlic Potatoes / Summertime means lots of get-togethers, and this side dish is the perfect easy and crispy option to bring to allll the summer BBQs and parties!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb bag of mini gold potatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Reduced Fat Parmesan

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut the baby potatoes in half and toss into a bowl

  2. Add in the olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, dill, oregano, and pepper, then mix to coat all of the potatoes evenly.

  3. Place the baby potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer.

  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

  5. Shake and flip the potatoes, and continue to air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes, until crispy on all sides.

  6. That’s it! Super easy and delish. Enjoy!
