  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Kernels from 2 ears of corn, cooked

  • ¼ red onion, finely diced

  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Optional: a squeeze of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken and add the meat to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

  4. Mix on low speed for another 15–20 seconds, just until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix.
