Ingredients

  • 28 oz cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken breast

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup dill relish

  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 2 tsp Trader Joe’s Seasoning in a Pickle*

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, dill relish, ranch seasoning, dried dill, and pickle seasoning.

  2. Add the shredded chicken and mix until evenly coated.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired. For the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  4. Divide into 5 servings and enjoy on bread, in a wrap, over greens, or with crackers and sliced veggies.

**Alternatively, you can use a mixer to shred your chicken to smaller pieces, and then dump in the rest of the ingredients to finish mixing! This is my preferred way to do it—less mess and makes it SO easy. I use the whisk to shred and the paddle to mix everything else in!
