Macros per brownie: 32g c / 11g p / 4g f
Ingredients
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Pure Peppermint Extract
56 g Peppermint Candy Cane
¼ of the bag of Lily’s White Chocolate Chips
1 container Kodiak Cake Protein-Packed Brownie Mix
1 scoop, Vanilla Protein Powder from @iheartmacros
¼ cup water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine brownie mix, protein powder, yogurt, eggs, peppermint extract, and water in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Pour into a 9″ x 9″ greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist. Let the brownies cool completely. Once brownies are cooled, melt your chocolate chips by heating at 50% power in the microwave for 30 second increments until totally melted. Drizzle chocolate over top of brownies. After chocolate has been drizzled, crush your candy canes and sprinkle over top of the brownies. Makes 12 brownies. Enjoy!
