confetti chocolate chip banana bread
I don’t bake much, but when I do, I can almost always assure you it will include chocolate chips or sprinkles….or both. This banana bread has 10g of protein per slice, making it the perfect post-workout treat or filling dessert! This recipe made 8, macros listed per slice!
Macros: 10g p / 24g c / 5g f
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Coconut Flour
2 tbsp stevia (powder)
1 tbsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp sprinkles
2.5 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Iheartmacros)
1 large egg
1 banana, mashed
15g Agave Light Syrup
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, coconut flour, protein powder, Stevia, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.In another large bowl, add egg, almond milk, banana, and agave syrup.
Whisk together all wet ingredients.
Once the wet ingredients are mixed, slowly add in the dry ingredients and continue mixing.
Add chocolate chips and sprinkles to batter, and fold them in, DAVID!
Once the batter is ready, pour batter into a small bread baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for about 2-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and slice into 8 pieces!
