No-Bake Chocolate Orange Protein Cheesecake

This no-bake chocolate orange protein cheesecake (a spin on the viral Japanese cheesecake) is creamy, indulgent, and packed with protein, without the effort of baking or the stress of traditional dessert macros. Made with blended cottage cheese (good culture, duh), Clean Simple Eats vanilla protein powder (code “balancedwithbritt” for 10% off!), and chocolate Simple Mills Sweet Thins, it has that light, fluffy “Japanese cheesecake” texture while still fitting into a calorie deficit.

Perfect for a high-protein dessert, late-night sweet tooth, or when you want something that feels indulgent but still supports your goals.
