Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Protein Milkshake - because what’s more #FitGirlFall than meeting those protein goals with a little pumpkin spice? Even better, this tastes like a milkshake so it makes the PERFECT nightcap treat. 

Macros for one HUGE serving (only ½ is pictured, most of the time I’ll just do half of this recipe unless I am short on carbs and protein!): 

46g c / 11g f / 31g p 

Ingredients:

1 scoop, @iheartmacros Vanilla Cream Protein Powder (one of my FAVS!)

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 

¼ cup pumpkin purée

1 medium banana, frozen 

14 gram, Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp PB2 (or your choice of any type of nut butter)

½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice + more for topping!

Optional: ½ tsp of Xaxam Gum for thickening - this makes it so ice cream like, I love it! But it can upset some stomachs so beware if you’re sensitive! 

Directions:

Toss everything into your blender, and blend until smooth, thicc, and creamy. Dump in your favorite cute glass, add some pumpkin pie spice and a straw and enjoy!
