A full day of realistic, protein-forward meals and snacks! Nothing complicated, just easy meals, convenient snacks, and foods I genuinely enjoy throughout the day.

Banana Berry Oatmeal
Better Oats instant oats
Fairlife milk
Remaining ½ banana
Fresh berries
Cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Plus 2 eggs on the side.
Protein Coffee
Fairlife milk, frothed
2 tbsp Chobani creamer
1 scoop Clean Simple Eats unflavored protein powder
Double shot of espresso
Ice
I mix the Fairlife milk, creamer, and protein powder together, froth until smooth, then pour it over ice with a double shot of espresso.
LUNCH
High-Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 can chicken, drained and shredded
1 mini container Good Culture cottage cheese
1 scoop Greek yogurt
Ranch seasoning, to taste
¼ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Mix everything together until well combined. Heat until warm and melty. I like to pop mine in the air fryer or microwave until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
I served mine with:
PopCorners chips
Carrots
1 kiwi
AFTERNOON SNACKS
Snack #1: Trü Frü freeze-dried chocolate-covered strawberries
Snack #2: Tillamook Country Smoker jerky bites + a Coke Zero
DINNER
Crockpot Sticky Beef Bowls
One of my easy crockpot dinners with sticky beef served over rice with broccoli.
