Strawberry Waffle with Peanut Butter & Jam

I've been keeping preworkout simple lately, and this combo has been on repeat. Toast a waffle, spread on my favorite peanut butter, add a layer of jam, and you've got the perfect sweet-and-salty breakfast that takes just a few minutes.

Meal Prep Breakfast Sandwiches

These freezer-friendly breakfast sandwiches are one of my favorite ways to make busy mornings easier. I prep a batch ahead of time so I can just heat one up before heading out the door.

PopCorners Protein Chips with Good Culture Cottage Cheese

I've been obsessed with using cottage cheese as a dip for years, and these protein crisps are perfect for scooping. Such an easy way to get extra protein in throughout the day.

Built Cookie Dough Chunk Puff

If you need a sweet protein snack, these are still one of my favorites. The Cookie Dough Chunk Puff tastes like dessert while helping me hit my protein goals.

🍫 Dessert

Snickers Salad Bowls

If you've never tried this one, you're missing out.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fat free Greek yogurt

  • ½ scoop protein powder (i use snickerdoodle!)

  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free instant pudding mix (cheesecake flavor)

  • ½ cup CocoWhip

  • ½ green apple, diced

  • ½ BUILT Cookie Dough Bar, chopped

Mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and pudding mix until smooth. Fold in a spoonful of CocoWhip, then top with sliced apple and chopped Built Bar.

Cookie Dough Creami

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup Fairlife Milk

  • 1 scoop Clean Simple Eats Cookie Dough protein

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Mix-ins

  • 2 Pillsbury Cookies Chopped (as dough!)

  • Optional: 1 tsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend or froth all base ingredients until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream.

  4. If crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp Fairlife milk and hit Re-Spin.

  5. Make a well in the center and add the Cookie Dough Chunks (and mini chocolate chips if using).

  6. Use the Mix-In function.

Toppings

  • A few extra Cookie Dough Chunks

  • Mini chocolate chips
